This Genuine Filter Set includes both the pre‐motor filter and HEPA filter. The pre-motor filter reduces larger particles prior to the air entering the vacuum motor. This helps protect the motor from damage and aides in the filtration process. The HEPA filter assures particles do not get released back into the air as you clean, which can irritate allergies and require more frequent cleaning. This filter set traps over 99% of dust, allergens and other indoor pollutants, leaving surfaces cleaner, and you with less irritants. These filters should both be replaced at a minimum after 12 vacuum bag changes for normal filtration or every 6 vacuum bag changes for superior filtration, especially if you are sensitive to airborne allergens.
